1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped due to our error.

Please note:
For hygiene, copyright, and licensing reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Software and digital downloads
  • Opened software products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products missing original packaging or components (may not qualify for a full refund)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email our customer support team at hi@funcheese.online with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or a short video (required for damaged or defective items)

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • The return shipping address

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Pack the item securely
  • Include the RMA number inside the package
  • Ship the item using a trackable shipping method

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


3. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval (depending on your bank or payment provider)
  • Refund amount:
    • Product price will be refunded in full
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is caused by our error

4. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Exchanges:
    We offer exchanges for the same product if it is defective or damaged.
    For different products, please complete a return and place a new order.
  • Store Credit:
    In certain cases (such as returns without a receipt or outside the 30-day window), store credit may be offered at our discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling
  • Used, altered, or incomplete items
  • Clearance or final sale products
