1. Shipping Locations & Carriers

Shipping Area:

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

Carriers:

  • Orders are shipped via trusted domestic carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, international shipping is not available. Please check our website for future updates.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM (Noon) PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Products marked with specific shipping notes (such as “Pre-Order” or “Ships in 5 Business Days”) will follow the timeline stated on the product page.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order date.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders over $50 within the continental United States.
  • Orders under $50 incur a flat standard shipping fee of $5.99.
  • Expedited and Overnight shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

5. Order Tracking, Changes & Cancellations

  • After shipment, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hi@funcheese.online.
  • Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed for shipment.

6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Company Error (Defective or Incorrect Item):

  • PacEco will cover all return shipping costs and promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Customer-Initiated Returns or Exchanges:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

  • Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
  • PacEco is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages after shipment.
  • We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier when necessary.
